Panna Cotta

Panna cotta is Italian and means cooked cream. This dessert is incredibly good and is actually very simple to make with this recipe. If you have no vanilla bean can also use vanilla sugar, it becomes even easier.


Wonderful dessert with lyxkänsla as yet is simple to make with this recipe.
Time: 15 min 2 hours to solidify
4-6 servings
ingredients:
5 ml whipping cream
1 piece vanilla bean
or 1 teaspoon vanilla
0.5 dl sugar
3 leaves of gelatine
garnish:
seasonal berries or fruit

To do this:
Place gelatine leaves in water.

Cut a slit in the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Place the seeds and vanilla pod in a saucepan.

Pour in whipping cream and add the sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from the heat, important! (it will not boil when you add the gelatin sheets because then it insirt itself.) Add gelatine leaves and stir so that they dissolve.

Strain the vanilla pod. Pour into serving glasses and place in refrigerator at least 2 hours so that it solidifies.

Sprinkle with (thawed) berries or fruit. Serve.
